advantages & disadvantages of eating at home compared with eating in a restaurant

There are many advantages and disadvantages of eating at home and in a restaurant.now i will compare with it.i will tell about that one by one.

      Advantage eat at home it can get clean foods especially we have clean kitchen.beside that,it can save our money to buy any food and get the food.eating at home it can escape from the infected diseases because we wash with clean and cook regularly.

       But eat at home have some disadvantage.if you are not great cook,then you might not really enjoy your meals.and after you eat your are so full your are so lazy to clean up your dining table and it can be you surrouding is not comfortable.The house will also be staining the kitchen and no time to clean again.

After that,eating at restaurant it can be a facility for a worker to get their meals and their can save time to prepare their work after having their food.it also can be have fun our family to having their meals together.

Beside that,it can be our people fun and enjoy a freshly cooked meals that you do not have to clean up after is a fun way to relax with friends or sibling.when we eat with family it can be strengthen family ties.at restaurant is suitable to meeting about work or anything want to discuss.

That's not all,it has a little disadvantages to eating out,if we eat at restaurant it is more expensive than eat at home.it costs a lot more than buying the ingredients at the grocery store and making dinner at home.In addition to the employee will wait too long because the employee orders in the restaurant was a little.

Another problem,it can be unhealthy.it mix many ingredients into your meals.if you take many food it can be many disease such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and anything else.

We must be wise to plan balanced meals, and we must plan for selecting a suitable place to eat for the sake of your health and physically to survive healthily.
